How long does Shipping take?

Anabelle Designs is a small business. I design and create each pair of earrings in the shop. Each order is made by hand and made-to-order. I also handle all shipping and invoicing, provide customer service, manage our social media, maintain our website, do all of our photography, and all of the many other jobs it takes to run a business. Our official Expected Turnaround Time for orders to ship is 2 weeks. With that said, I do my best to get orders out to ship within 5-7 days (and sometimes even faster!) If you need your earrings by a certain date, reach out to me using the Contact Form on this page or by Facebook Messenger or with a DM on Instagram @anabelledesigns, and I will my best to work with your timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship only with the US as of right now. We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @anabelledesigns and join our VIP group on Facebook to stay up-to-date on the latest news and offerings from Anabelle Designs.

What if I (or Paypal) gives you the wrong shipping address?

Per Paypal's policies, I must ship your package to the address you have listed on your Paypal account, which is sent to me after you pay. Please double check the address in your Paypal account BEFORE you pay to ensure your package is sent to the correct address.

If you neglect to do this, and postage is purchased for the wrong address, you will be invoiced Shipping charges a second time to cover the second postage purchase necessary to ship your package to your correct address. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you will be invoiced additional Shipping charges in order to ship it to the correct address. If you do not pay the invoice within 30 days, your order will be refunded and returned to inventory. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. Please be sure to use the measurements listed for each pair of earrings to be sure you are choosing the pair that is best for you. You are welcome to reach out to me using the Contact Form on this page, through any of our social media channels, or using the Chat button to the right to ask questions before you order--I'm happy to help! 

Each pair of earrings is made-to-order. Please keep in mind that colors may vary from how they appear on your monitor. If you order a pair of earrings with a pattern, please note that your pair may not be exactly the same as the pair in the listing. Due to the random nature of patterns and where the earring is cut, each pair will be unique. No two leather hides are exactly the same, so there may be subtle variations in color, depending on dye lot from our manufacturer.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

As we all know, COVID-19 has caused many difficulties with shipping. Please remember that delays in shipping once your package has left our facility are out of our control. You will be provided tracking on your package. 

If your package becomes lost in transit, we will issue you a refund once there has been no movement in 30 days on your USPS tracking. Refunds will not be issued for packages that USPS has marked as delivered.
